VetMyAddress provides informational environmental reports based on publicly available federal data. Reports are generated automatically using data from EPA, FEMA, and other federal agencies. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional environmental, medical, legal, real estate, or insurance advice.
Reports are provided "as is." We make no warranty that the data is complete, accurate, or current. Federal databases can contain errors, lag real-world conditions, or fail to capture local contamination. VetMyAddress is a screening tool, not a substitute for a professional Phase I environmental site assessment.
Report purchases are one-time payments processed via Stripe. Payment is due at time of purchase. Bundle credits are tied to your email address and do not expire. By purchasing, you authorize the stated charge to your payment method.
Because environmental reports are generated and delivered instantly as digital products, all sales are final. If a technical error prevented your report from being generated or delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will either fix the issue or issue a credit.
You may use VetMyAddress reports for personal research and due diligence. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish report data without written permission. Automated scraping or bulk querying is prohibited.
VetMyAddress and its operators are not liable for any decisions made based on report data, including real estate transactions, health decisions, or financial losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
