For Real Estate Professionals
Stand out on listings, win relocation clients, and answer the “is this neighborhood safe?” question with federal data — without sounding like a consultant. Fully branded. Cancel any time.
Hand buyers a polished environmental profile before they ask. Show preparation, not pitch.
Remote buyers cannot read a neighborhood from a showing. A branded profile lets them review context from anywhere — with your name on it.
Send a branded profile after a showing, before a relocation call, or when a client is weighing two homes. Stay top-of-mind with something useful.
Public-data context with clear disclosures. You're not positioned as an environmental consultant, inspector, or legal advisor.

A home inspection looks at the physical condition of the house itself — roof, HVAC, plumbing. VetMyAddress looks at the environmental context around the address using federal public records: air quality, drinking water, PFAS, flood risk, and pollution. They answer different questions and clients usually want both.
VetMyAddress is a public-records screening service, not a licensed environmental consultant, home inspector, or legal advisor. Every report contains that disclosure explicitly. You're sharing public-data context with your branding on it — not signing off on a property's environmental status.
Yes, on Pro and Listing Pack. White-label mode replaces VetMyAddress branding on the shared report page with your name, photo, brokerage, and accent color. The report includes a built-in Print / Save-as-PDF button so clients can keep an offline copy. On Starter the report is co-branded (your name + ours). On Pro, attribution is yours alone.
Monthly reports do not roll over (use-it-or-lose-it per billing period). Cancel any time — you keep access through the end of the current period and your existing client-facing share links keep working permanently. Listing Pack reports expire 60 days after purchase regardless.
Yes, and we encourage it. If you switch to Starter or Pro before your pack expires, any unused reports roll over into the first month of your subscription.
Most reports are ready in under a minute. The same federal datasets refresh on EPA/FEMA's schedule (monthly to quarterly depending on category).
