What we collect
When you use VetMyAddress, we collect:
- The address you enter to generate a report
- Your email address
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number)
- Basic usage data (pages visited, report generation timestamps)
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your environmental report
- To send you your report link and any relevant follow-up
- To improve the accuracy and coverage of our data
- To notify you of updates to your report data if you opt in
What we don't do
- We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties
- We do not share your address queries with advertisers
- We do not build advertising profiles from your usage
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database hosting (U.S. infrastructure)
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
- Mapbox — address autocomplete (your address query is sent to Mapbox to provide suggestions)
Data retention
We retain your email address and address queries for up to 24 months to allow us to provide support and send updates. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at privacy@vetmyaddress.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal session cookies required for the application to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of VetMyAddress after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
